Send us the details
Fill in the form or call. Tell us what you're seeing, a leak, missing shingles or just an old roof, and we'll book a time to come out.
We inspect and photograph
We look at the whole roof, the gutters and edges, and the attic if there's access. Every finding is photographed and dated, including the parts that look fine.
You get a written estimate
The estimate lists each item separately, from tear-off to drip edge to the permit, so you can compare it with any other quote side by side.
The work gets done and inspected
We pull the permit, build to the Florida Building Code, book the inspections and leave the yard clear of nails and scrap.

An oak limb came down during the nor'easter. They had a cover on that afternoon and sent me photos of the damage before I'd even called my insurer.

Questions homeowners ask
Which areas do you cover?
Jacksonville, Orange Park and Jacksonville Beach, plus nearby neighborhoods in Duval and Clay counties. If you're not sure whether your street is in range, send the address with your request and we'll tell you.
Do I need a permit to replace my roof in Jacksonville?
Yes. Florida law requires a permit before a building is altered or repaired, and a roof replacement falls under that. The City of Jacksonville, the Town of Orange Park and the City of Jacksonville Beach each run their own building department, so we file with whichever one covers your address.
Can you handle my insurance claim?
We can document it. In Florida a roofing contractor can't interpret your policy or adjust a claim on your behalf. We give you dated photos, a written report and an itemized estimate, and you take it from there with your insurer.
How do I know a roofer is properly licensed?
Florida requires anyone in the contracting business to be certified or registered with the state. You can look up any contractor's licence on the Department of Business and Professional Regulation's website by name or licence number before you sign anything.
My roof survived the last storm. Should I still have it checked?
It's worth it if the storm brought sustained wind or the roof is getting older. Lifted shingles and loosened flashing often look normal from the street and only start leaking with the next heavy rain.
